SYNOPSIS

Thousands of years ago, man walked among gods and monsters. Magic and the supernatural flowed through our world like oxygen. Everything was different. The words “hero,” “curse” and “quest” were born in this time. People did not dream because they lived in one. But dreams that do not end... eventually become nightmares.

In time, the gods and creatures of Mount Olympus poisoned the river of humanity. Their presence saturated the natural world and all living things drowned in their power. Zeus could no longer see the life in the eyes of his children, only the power and influence of the gods. So he ripped his brethren and their world from the lands of earth and created a realm of their own. Humanity awoke from the age of dreams and eventually the world of gods faded into stories, legends and myths.

But... Zeus had no intention of staying away forever. A portion of each deity’s power was left behind in the form of an icon that would grant a human powers beyond that of mortal men. In return, that power would chip away at the dam Zeus had built between Earth and Mount Olympus. If humanity willingly calls upon the power of the gods, piece-by-piece they will return to our realm. And when all the gods return, they will never leave again. The world will once more belong to them.

Soon, the time will come for the icons to be found and their power passed on to man once again. Three young teens will be put to the test and emerge as unwitting (but worthy) Avatars. These young heroes will accidentally begin the flood of the mythic world back into ours. And although they don’t know it, they are the only ones that can stop it as well.
